We are a Rotary Club supporting local & national charitable causes and worldwide programs for Rotary Foundation.
We provide limited direct financial support, and hands-on manpower support for deserving causes both for individuals and local organisations.
Within our Community we have focussed on young people, with more limited help to older people. For the young we arrange and fund events for the disadvantaged and also arrange and fund activities to develop individuals potential. We also sponsor local youth groups such as the Scouts, Guides, etc..
We give direct and active support to Milford Youth Matters and to the Friends of the Mount - two important Community organisations. We arrange events to facilitate collaboration between local Community organisations.
We also support other Community groups such as HOPE, DPJ Foundation, Pill Social Centre, Air Ambulance Wales, Tools for self- reliance, Pembrokeshire MIND, " Together for Xmas" .
We occasionally support, sometimes by running special fund raising events, projects promoted by Rotary International:
including Polio eradication, and disaster support - ShelterBoxes and post- disaster recovery projects
